What Is Entertaiment?

Entertainment is fun, and often evokes emotional reactions such as joy or suspense. It can also stimulate the brain, triggering the release of chemicals like seratonin and dopamine. It can be thought-provoking as well, encouraging deeper analysis by examining themes like social backstabbing or murders. It can also be collaborative, such as through team sports or multiplayer video games. People often find different forms of entertainment more enjoyable than others. For example, children might prefer cartoons or playgrounds, while adults might favor fine art, jazz concerts, and sophisticated dramas.
